PlayStation Celebrates 30th Anniversary with Limited Edition PS5 Pro and Accessories

In a celebration of three decades of gaming excellence, Sony has unveiled a special collection of PlayStation 5 consoles and accessories, marking the 30th anniversary of the iconic PlayStation brand. The PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection is set to launch on November 21, with preorders commencing on September 26.

What’s Included in the Anniversary Collection

This exclusive collection features a variety of offerings, including:

• PS5 Digital Edition Bundle
• PS5 Pro Bundle
• Standalone Accessories:
  • PlayStation Portal Remote Player
  • DualSense Edge Wireless Controller
  • DualSense Wireless Controller

While pricing details are yet to be disclosed, it’s noteworthy that only 12,300 units of the limited edition PS5 Pro Console will be available. Each console will have a unique number engraved, representing the launch date of the original PlayStation console.

Preorder Information

For those eager to secure their limited edition units, PlayStation Network account holders can pre-order the PS5 Pro Edition, PlayStation Portal Remote Player, and DualSense Edge Wireless Controller starting September 26. In areas without access to the PlayStation Direct website, select retailers will offer preorders for the DualSense Wireless Controller as well.

The PS5 Digital Edition will go up for preorder on October 10, allowing fans to get their hands on this special offering.

Bundle Details

The PS5 Pro Edition bundle includes:

• A PS5 Pro console with a 2TB SSD and Wi-Fi 7 support (where applicable)
• Matching accessories, including:
